* Subject to the terms and conditions therein and any registration requirements that may apply, Eligible Equipment comes with a Basic Limited Warranty and Extended Limited Warranty (the “Limited Warranties”) free of charge.
For eligible Merit and Elite, the Basic Limited Warranty provides 5 years of parts only coverage. For eligible Signature, the Basic Limited Warranty provides 10 years of parts only coverage.
Subject to the terms of the Limited Warranties, the default Extended Limited Warranties are as follows: For eligible Merit and Elite, an additional 5 years of parts only coverage (for a total of 10 years of parts only coverage when combined with the Basic Limited Warranty). For eligible Signature, an additional 2 years of parts only coverage (for a total of 12 years of parts only coverage when combined with the Basic Limited Warranty).
Under Warranty Your Way, purchasers have the opportunity to receive the default parts only Extended Limited Warranty or select the alternative parts and labor Extended Limited Warranty as follows: For eligible Merit and Elite, instead of 5 additional years of parts only coverage, a purchaser can receive 2 additional years of parts coverage (for a total of 7 years) and 3 years of labor coverage. For eligible Signature, instead of 2 years of additional parts only coverage, a purchaser can receive 3 years of labor coverage (for a total of 10 years parts and 3 years labor coverage).
Purchasers Outside of California, Florida, Georgia (units installed on or after 01/01/26), Quebec and any other jurisdiction where registration requirements to effectuate warranties are prohibited by law - Eligible Equipment must be timely and properly registered to effectuate the Extended Limited Warranty. The failure to timely and properly register Eligible Equipment will result in loss of the Extended Limited Warranty.
PURCHASERS IN CALIFORNIA, FLORIDA, GEORGIA (UNITS INSTALLED ON OR AFTER 01/01/26), QUEBEC OR ANY JURISDICTION WHERE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS TO EFFECTUATE WARRANTIES ARE PROHIBITED BY LAW – FOR SUCH PURCHASERS, THE APPLICABLE BASIC LIMITED WARRANTY AND DEFAULT PARTS ONLY EXTENDED LIMITED WARRANTY (I.E., FOR ELIGIBLE MERIT AND ELITE, 10 YEARS PARTS ONLY AND FOR ELIGIBLE SIGNATURE 12 YEARS, PARTS ONLY) ARE FULLY EFFECTIVE REGARDLESS OF WHETHER ELIGIBLE EQUIPMENT IS REGISTERED, AND THE FAILURE TO REGISTER DOES NOT DIMINISH COVERAGE. Purchasers in California, Florida, Georgia (units installed on or after 01/01/26), Quebec and where registration requirements to effectuate warranties are prohibited by law have the opportunity to change their coverage at no charge as follows: For eligible Merit and Elite, a purchaser can change the Extended Limited Warranty from 5 years parts only to 2 years parts and 3 years labor. For eligible Signature, a purchaser can change the Extended Limited Warranty from 2 years parts to 3 years labor. To make this change, a purchaser must properly inform Lennox of the requested change within 60 days of the date the Eligible Equipment is installed (for existing homes) or the closing date (for new construction).
